How do I download my ebook?
After checkout, a delivery link is sent by automated email. Open the email on the device you plan to read on, then select the file. Live titles will be available once real files and prices are in place.
Which devices and apps work?
Files come in PDF and EPUB formats. PDFs open in most phone, tablet, and computer readers. EPUB files suit dedicated e-reading apps. Keep your reader app updated if a file does not open.
Are the demo titles for sale?
No. The six titles in the shop are demo listings with original placeholder covers. Purchases are disabled, and no files are available to download until real titles and prices are live.
What is your refund policy?
Refund terms are set out in our draft Refund Policy, which will be published with the live shop. If a file will not open, contact support first so we can help you troubleshoot.
