Digital products
Products are digital editions delivered as downloadable files. The product listing identifies included formats, typically EPUB and PDF. No physical book is shipped. Please review file format and device compatibility before purchase; EPUB files generally require a compatible reading app or e-reader.
Public-domain texts and editorial work
Many titles are historical works believed to be in the public domain in the United States. Copyright status can vary by jurisdiction, edition, illustrations, annotations, and other added material. Our edition, formatting, cover design, introductions, or reader guides may contain original contributions. We do not claim exclusive ownership of underlying public-domain text. Product pages identify the work and available formats. Customers outside the United States are not authorized to purchase or download from this store at this time.
Permitted use
After payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the purchased digital files for personal use. You may store copies on your own devices and make a backup for personal use. You may not resell, publicly distribute, host, sublicense, or commercially exploit our files or original editorial contributions. Nothing in these terms restricts rights you independently have in public-domain source material under applicable law.
Prices, payment, and tax
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by the payment method displayed at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated using the customer’s address where required by law. An order confirmation is sent after purchase.
Delivery and refunds
Download availability and technical support are described in our Digital Delivery & Refunds policy. We will address missing, duplicated, or defective files. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Historical material
These works preserve advice from their original period and may contain outdated gardening, pesticide, food-safety, or health information. They are offered for historical and educational reading, not as current professional advice. See our Historical Content Disclaimer.
Availability and changes
We may update product details or discontinue a listing. A change does not alter the terms applicable to an order already placed. We may correct obvious listing errors and will contact affected customers where appropriate.
